THE FELDENKRAIS FACELIFT & NECK RELEASE
 
In this 6 week course we'll use easy, pleasant movements to travel deeply into the causes behind the tensions stored in the face, neck and chest. Guided by the teacher you'll discover your own unique, unconscious habits of movement and constriction. Lessons about mouth, jaw, tongue, eyes, and neck will help you become aware of these habits. You will find your expression softens, your eyes brighten and become larger, peripheral vision improves, your neck lengthens and your shoulders release and drop. As your muscles let go of their habitual holding your lymph system becomes more efficient and your complexion improves. As well as all of this you'll feel more creative and sleep better. The improvements will be integrated and distributed throughout your whole self as we explore the support for neck & face that comes from your ribcage. Tension around the base of the skull and where the neck joins the shoulders will be relieved.
 
And there's more good news — the Feldenkrais Method movements are pleasant and easy to remember so you'll have the knowledge to maintain these results.
